A pookie is widely known in the drug scene as a meth pipe (the long tube/stem with a bulb at the end that has a single hole in it) meth is dropped into the hole of the bulb and vaporized from below (heating element under the bulb, glass in between the meth and heat) and the stem goes into the mouth while fingers roll the pipe between their fingers to keep the liquidated meth from burning/becoming charred. The goal is to never have the meth turn brown or black, this is burnt meth. If your meth is brown or black AS SOON AS IT MELTS it is cut with some bullshit and you should flush it.
