Gender atheist

A euphemism for being transphobic. Similar to how white supremacists may hide behind "race realist", or how climate change deniers may hide behind "climate skeptic", some transphobes hide behind "gender atheist" to disguise their bigotry.

I'm not a transphobe. I'm a gender atheist.

Genderqueer

An umbrella term used for some non-binary people to describe their gender identity. This identity doesn't have to be particularly related to male or female, and can lie between the two or outside the strict gender binary altogether.

Being genderqueer doesn't automatically make you transgender, but you can still identify as both at the same time, as both are umbrella terms.

A: Hey, did you see Riley anywhere? I can't find her in her office.
B: Actually, Riley is genderqueer, and prefers they/them pronouns. Also, I think I saw them in the cafeteria.
A: Ah, my bad. Thanks!

More than two genders

There are two binary genders. The two binary genders are female and Male. Then there's sex, your sex is your genitalia. For sex, there's female, male, and other. Other could be intersex or someone that has done some medical transitioning.

Dude 1: ugh I'm sick of people saying they're More than two genders!

Dude 2: maybe if you weren't such a bigoted idiot you'd understand that there are more than two genders!

Dude 1: you're one of them! I can't believe I'm friends with you?

Dude 2: yeah me too! But really there are More than two genders, dude!

Gender

Gender is what you identify as, and not your genitalia. Some examples being Male, Female, Agender, Gender Fluid, Demi Boy, Demi Girl. Gender is a spectrum.

I have a Vagina in my pants, but that is my sex. My gender identity is Agender.
