Possible sexual reference, 'to smoke' is often used as a euphemism for performing oral sex, 'salmon' and other fish are often used to indicate a vagina.

Not trying to smoke your salmon, but I completely agree with you.

salmon pinwheel

Rob's fav dish. Usually made from sock-eye salmon, and stuffing consists usually of king crab, mmmmm, delishus. I first saw it at Sam's Club in Lowell.

Rob was pooped from doing GUI so he devoured a salmon pinwheel.
