When someone abuses the powers given to them by an organization. An example of power abuse is siphoning funds, canceling events, and threatening members of the organization with violence. The inevitable repercussions that are levied for a person power mad is a subpoena.

Cat Power is the name that Chan (pronounced "Shawn") Marshall is better known by. She makes BEAUTIFUL beautiful beautiful music, and her songs (ie: "Maybe Not") can make you cry, which not many songs can. Her fans are proud of her for not being a fake-y sell-out, and doing what she does best: making music.
