NCO Club

Little cubicle used by Sea Cadet Petty Officers as an excuse to screw off during drills. Usually contains a couch and a few arm chairs, on which PO's sleep during PT, sleep during marching drills, and sit around and tell stupid sex jokes to one another. The only cadets allowed inside the NCO Club (which doesn't even have a door) are E-4's or higher. Often looked at as a symbol of segregation by lower ranking cadets. But sadly, once a cadet reaches the rank of E-4, he/she soons forgets who they once were and quickly takes residence in the NCO Club, becoming exactly what they had hated not so long before

Those damn krowz are screwing off in the NCO Club again.

Ever since Nester was promoted, he's become a frikken NCO Club krow.

L.A.N.C.E.

An acronym that stands for Lying Ass Nigga Cheating Everyday. The term is well known from Kelly Rowland's girl group, June's Diary's single of the same name. A L.A.N.C.E. is a guy that will tell you that he loves you, but he tells that to every woman he comes into contact with. He will make you feel like a princess and shower you in gifts, but he's doing the same thing to other females behind your back. He will tell you you're the only one for him, but he's got a bunch of sidechicks and is lying to your face. If you discover that your man is a L.A.N.C.E. put your hands up and say "I don't want L.A.N.C.E...Don't want no lying ass nigga cheating everyday."

NCO

Non Commissioned Officer. The NCO is the military. The NCO is everything new soldiers/marines/sailors wish they were. NCO's are smarter, faster, more deadly, and more ferocious than any other service member in the military. The NCO cares for the members below him and is responsible for their lives. The NCO actively demonstrates what a bad ass mother fucker should be. Crossing paths with an NCO is about the most foolish thing a new enlistee or new officer can do as the NCO will make their lives a living hell. Good officers recognize the value that well seasoned NCO's bring to the table. Privates and Seamen can only dream of being as courageous and as deadly as an NCO.

Joe/Officer: Uggggghhhhhh why are we doing dime and washer drills?

NCO: BECAUSE IF YOU PLAN ON WALKING OFF THE BATTLEFIELD ALIVE, THEN YOU BETTER SHOOT BETTER THAN THE ENEMY. DON'T MAKE ME KILL YOU.
