Musker

(Noun) A person who helpfully or forcefully puts a face mask onto someone else.

It is derived from a funny wordplay where the noun "mask" is intentionally changed into the verb "to musk" (the act of helping someone wear a mask). Adding the suffix "-er" makes it a title for the mask-giver.
