Sarmalegender is a gastrogender that is related to Sarmale, a traditional dish from Romania consisting of cabbage rolls stuffed with rice and meat–typically pork–sometimes topped with sour cream.

A person with this gender typically feels "festive" and "comforting", with layers of depth and complexity.

This is not to be confused with ToltottKaposztaGender, which is another gastrogender that relates to the Hungarian variation of this stuffed cabbage dish.
