I wish I had taken the Spiderman acid instead of that other stuff. It only lasted a few hours before it dropped the fuck off.

Dropped Passport

A fake passport (usually from Syria) that law enforcement and/or news crews plant on dead terror suspects to give off the impression that the aforementioned terror suspect posed as a refugee to get into the country.

The Syrian passport that was "found" near the body of one of the bombers is a dropped passport for sure. The police planted it there to create the illusion that at least one of the attackers posed as a Syrian Refugee.
