Mock-it-all

1) An individual that mocks certain people consistently, potentially making normal tasks harder as the suffering victim has to re-think the same memory constantly

When you're using both sarcasm and mocking at the same time.

Like when someone aggressively moves to the front of the line, saying to the clerk "Do you know who I am?" Immediately the clerk, skilled at mockasium, pages "we need everyone's help..we have a man at the counter who doesn't know who he is"
