Knekken

En kortvarig situasjonsbetinget depresjonstilstand. Kjennetegnene ved denne sinnstilstanden er tap av all motivasjon, energi og/eller vilje.

Knekken kommer som oftest av at man må utføre handlinger over lengre tid som er av høy viktighet, men særs lav interesse, med andre ord kjedelig. Eksempelvis jobb.

Knekken kan også komme om man har blitt lei av en viss type aktiviteter. For eksempel skolearbeid.

Jeg har plukket varer på lageret i ni timer. Nå fikk jeg knekken.
