noun:A human being of questionable integrity who hordes mass amounts of semen, then grills said semen over an open flame using tin foil or a similar grilling apparatus. What is done with said semen after the grilling process leads to the integral questioning forementioned.

Friend walks out to deck and finds other friend manning the grill."Oh my god...dude is that...by all thats holy i'm living with a semen grilla!"

Similar to gross. Wierd people may use "gilch" thinking they sound more sophisticated...but it doesn't work.

netflix and grill

Basically, it's very similar to the term "Netflix and chill". But with some large variation. The act of inviting a friend over to watch something on Netflix, then lighting each other on fire, and having sex while on fire. (Do not try this at home under any circumstances!!!!)

Guy: Want to come over for some Netflix and grill?

Girl: Are you sure? We could get burned awfully.
