(adjective): a word to describe something so innocently stupid, it can be preceived as in various ways including (but not limited to): 1. funny, 2. adorable, 3. weird/unique, 4. pointless, 5. dumb, 6. heinous, etc.

It’s up to the user’s choice on how they decide to use the word, and is situational. There is no wrong way to use it.
