A person of Western World background who engages in behaviors of body modification, emulating tribal behaviors of African nations (and other primitive parts of the world). These behaviors include stretched earlobes, extreme tattooing and other modification.

On the Show "Mad Mad House", the modern primitive has stretched lobes and a body suit. His look is very tribal.

prima cacatus

Literally, "first defecation." The act of taking the first dump in a toilet since it was last cleaned, particularly at one's workplace or other public restroom. Prima cacatus typically results in a surprised sense of joy that no one else's ass has touched the seat that day.

Nothing makes me happier on a Monday morning than finding out I get prima cacatus in the men's room.
