a momentary seizure caused by inhaling too much nitrous oxide, too quickly ,without getting enough oxygen .too the casual observer a person phishing may seem hilarious. Though not deadly if the person is not sitting when this occurs, they could suffer injury from falling down.

Person a : "Hey man, remember when jesse lost his two front teeth?"

person b :"of course, he fell on his face when he started
PHISHING. I was at that party. Don't you remember?"
