Morale booster

Someone who gets people's hopes up with talk about unity and peace. Someone who gives people a false sense of morale, which doesn't really do anything for them.

At least if the guy/girl who wasn't a morale booster/motivator wasn't going to do anything for anybody else, he didn't lie to them to make them feel like everything was going to be better than it was. Lighting a fire under somebody's ass is really just a way to get somebody else do what you want them to do, or be in line with your agenda, and being a morale booster/motivator is not much different.

Morally wrong

And I can't buy my way into a CEO position at several companies. The working class can't retire today in the same way the celebrity class can. I can't get paid 100,000 to read the shit I wrote at an Ivy league graduation ceremony. I can't produce and edit something (something of which I am so confident in it's future success that wave the director's salary for a direct 10% cut of the profits) that someone else wrote and receive full credit for it.
