In the 60's, a girl would get pinned by a guy when he made her his girlfriend. Ya know, after many dates, and the guy was ready to call her his girlfriend, he would formalize it by putting a silvery pin on her. So getting "pinned" means u are now taken. Watch the Dick Van Dyke version of Bye Bye Birdie, especially the song "The Telephone Hour." They use the term pinned quite a lot.
Have you heard about Hugo and Kim?
Did they really get pinned?
Did she kiss him and cry?
Did he pin the pin on?
Or was he too shy?
Well, I heard they got pinned...

The feeling you have when you have crossed the "having fun" phase of doing cocaine into the "a new source of natural energy" phase of it. May also be used to describe the feeling obtained from speed, but with speed, the "having fun" phase is skipped.

pin-pinning is the act of poking someone in the arm with a pin.
there is a vague history of pin-pinning, matt morgan was the first ever person to be pin-pinned from darren french who stood like a nobleman on someones stunt nuts.
dont pin pin its dangerous
if you insist then use a new needle every time.
if 'pin pin' is not said it is not a pin pinning but is an asault.
