A person in a public space, (usually quiet) playing music from a Bluetooth speaker, that is for some reason, crappy SoundCloud rap and Hip Hop that has no words; if there are words, they are usually mumbled. This person is usually very white. They are almost always dressed in early 90’s clothing.

Bootleg Eminem is playing that music especially loud today.

He says he is hard but was arrested for pulling an UNLOADED gun with no clip even in it on the tour manager of Psychopathic Records.
