Basically, when someone on Twitter says some dumb shit, you respond with "Job" and it will ratio their tweet. All it means is that the person who originally tweeted needs to get off their ass and get a job/life.

Johns company won a huge job and they couldn't handle it. That is why they are no longer in business. For him at first it was a brag job.
