Chance is a somewhat good looking guy,
But will be a dick always he will make funny jokes but joke about stuff that's not usually funny (like food and {inappropriate stuff}.) but is funny when he jokes about it, he is shy about his feelings but also lie about them, he will break people's hearts he will act differently around different people he has no muscles just a stick arm great for somewhat of a friend and definitely has a short stick as a {dick}.

Me: he is a total DICK

A blanket statement used in a situation where one party intentionally acts against the wishes of another party, despite initially agreeing to their terms. Broad enough to confuse the target, but vague enough to deter any further questioning. For maximum effect it should be said with an air of mysterious confidence.

Guy 1: "What's the deal bro? I called dibs on that chick, and now you're chatting her up?"

Guy 2: "The game has changed, my friend. Now run along, I'm working here."
