A MMPORPG that is highly adictive to most that play it. It loses a good reputation from its bad graphics, poor childish society of 12 year olds, and its overall adiction. Most people that play another game such as world of warcraft (which i do not) dispise this game and just try to find the bad spots in it. I played for two years, at the beginning when i played i lost a lot of friends and most of my social life but now that ive quit i have steadily regained it and my grades.
If you are going to play this game i would suggest that you spend a max of one hour a day on it and spend the rest outside, doing schoolwork/work for a job, spending time with family. Because unlike the real world, even if you are the nicest person in the entire game and the BEST person in the entire game, it will never matter in real life except make you subjet to ridicule as a geek or nerd

Grand Canyon, Statue of Liberty, Golden Gate Bridge, Disney world... you name it, they're going there. But even with the prospect of a continental roadtrip, Dave chose Runescape. DAVE DITCHED ROADS, HIS LIFETIME PASSION, FOR FUCKING RUNESCAPE. Dave's life was wiped away. Dave isn't interested in roads anymore. Now, he sits in his mom's basement for 18 hours a day playing that sorry excuse of a game they call runescape. He forgets to wash. He forgets to eat. He forgets to sleep. His grades drop to the low 30s. He develops huge cysts on his face. He has no life. He dies of starvation and thirst. At his computer.

The people who are "members" are simply putting money into the developers pockets and they think they are having fun clicking polygons for many hours of their lives.
They have been sucked into the game from when they first started as free members and are now brainwashed. They can do nothing but play for many it is their life.
The game itself is very poor in graphics and music and these poor soles that have become stuck and can only hope to be hacked so they can stop playing and see their madness.
