Nigga Bait 

When you are performing an action while in the targeting range of neighborhood niggas. Usually resulting in a confrontation between an individual, who is alone or vulnerable, and the nigga(s).

When walkin' in the hood alone you just nigga bait.

Alone with purple Gatorade and fried chicken, you might as well just be nigga bait.

Chinese carry-out in a bear trap is nigga bait.

Little bobby get back inside right now before you become nigga bait.

To come to a decision point: either commit to what you're doing, or give it up entirely.

There is some debate as to whether the expression refers to cutting up bait, or cutting loose live bait.

Bum Bait 

An old couch or mattress left in an alley or vacant lot. These things attract bums like flies. The cops know that they can usually find bums there arrest them for warrants, vagrancy etc

Todd: Can you help me move my old couch into the alley for the trash truck to pick it up?

Charlie: You don't want to lay out bum bait do you? You'll have some hobo or junkie sleeping on it by the morning.

Yale bait 

A hot girl you meet or hook up with while touring or visiting a prestigious academic school and end up going to that school because you believe (mistakenly) that most girls there look/act like her.

*On a campus tour of Cornell*

Guy 1: "Dude this tour guide is hot, I am totally going here."

Guy 2: "Don't be fooled, she's just Yale bait, girls here are a 5 on average."

Girl: "I don't even go here, the campus hired me to get people to enroll."

bear bait 

On a highway, car that passes you going way over the posted speed limit. If there is a speed trap ahead, he will get caught instead of you. See also cop cleaner. The bear part comes from "Smokey The Bear" - shortened to "Bear" - old CB'er term for a highway patrol officer because of their rather distictive headgear which resembles a national park ranger's hat.

Trucker 1: "Breaker, breaker - Jimmy, I gotta make up some time - any Bears around? Over."
Trucker 2: "Not seen any, Peter - but that young buck blew by us in the Eclipse musta been doing about 90. Bear bait fer sure. Over."

stink bait 

A catfish bait that is made up of some real nasty shit. Examples include crawfish blood, chicken guts, and beef liver. When all put together it creates one mighty stink. Heat makes the smell even worse.

Hey Big Ern, this stink bait is the bomb, I have caught 5 catfish already.
