Schmegma surprise

Shmegma Surprise is not to be confused with a white, cheese like substance that accumulates from a lack of hygiene.
Schmegma surprise is a reference used to describe a conglomeration of compiled left overs in the fridge. Usually fried in the stove top to create a hash or casserole.
Pork Schmegma surprise:
Left over potatoes, cubed pork, onions, mushrooms, etc...fried in butter on the stove top then coated with left over gravy. Plated & topped with two fried over medium or over easy eggs.

We made Pork Schmegma surprise with the left overs from yesterday's roast.
