I would not have given Tessa her birthday present a week early if I knew she was going to be birthday cheater and open it the same day...

People that position themselves within certain circles of friends to appear as though they are friends with celebrities. Often, the actual celebrity is stupid enough to consider a celebrity chaser to be a real friend or acquaintance. A celebrity chaser typically resides in Los Angeles and holds a degree from the University of Southern California.

All of Leinart's "friends" in Los Angeles are celebrity chasers that are seeking a full-time role on MTV's "The Hills."
