Wolfbane, or wolfsbane, is a poisonous perennial herb with broad rounded leaves. Its has yellowish flowers and grows eastern Europe and Asia. In legend a talisman made of Wolfsbane can word off Vampires, and other evil spirits.

The vampire was incapable of approching me because my wolfsbane talisman repelled him.

wolfs rain

an extremely good anime produced by BONES who also made cowboy bebop. its about 4 guys (kiba, hige, toboe, and tsume) who take on human forms to hide that they are wolves. the story takes place 200 years after wolves have gone extinct, and the main character, kiba, is looking for the lunar flower maiden (cheza) to lead him and his friends to paradise. but the villian (darcia) keeps her in his lab so he can open his own paradise and get rid of the wolves. a woman (cher) and her ex-husband (hubb) took cheza to the lab in the first place.

wolfs rain is a really good, yet sad, anime. one episode made me cry. *sniffle*
