Scott Westerfeld 

Born May 5, 1963. Science fiction author, famous for writing the Uglies series, as well as Peeps, the Midnighters Trilogy, and a host of adult science fiction. He is adored by fans, especially teens, around the world, and his books have been translated into a host of different languages.

Whenever I go to the library I can't find any Scott Westerfeld books, since everyone takes them out!

Websterduck

The Websterduck is a humanoid species of duck that feeds off of the souls and emotions of others. They love plants, and only eat pages out of the Webster Dictionary in order to add to their vocabulary; in hopes to take over the world. However until then they are often found as bloggers, writers, fangirls, and other similarly related groups. They enjoy torturing fictional characters, dancing through life, and some very elite Webesterducks, like the master, enjoy the majestic music of the french horn.

Wooow. Brid is such a Websterduck. I can't believe I never noticed before.

Kevin Webster 

A person who has been wearing the same jacket or coat for so long that it becomes a part of them, like Kevin Webster from Coronation Street who has been wearing the same bomber jacket for the last ten years. Reference used if jacket is also unfashionable.

Can also be known as a 'Webster' by those who are familiar with the character.

Person 1:- You wearing that coat again?

Person 2:- Yeah, why what's wrong with it?

Person 1:- You look like you're wearing a Kevin Webster!

Person 2:- That's fuckin' harsh man!

Spaghetti Western 

A genre of films popular in the 1960s and early 1970s. The films were usually filmed in Spain, and directed by Italian directrors. Several Factors can be looked upon to distinguish Spaghettis from regular American-westerns:

1. Level of Violence (Usually more than American made westerns).
2. The Music (Often scored by Ennio Morriconne and Bruno Nicolai).
3. Sound Effects (Particulary the gun and horse sounds are different from the ones used in American made westerns).
4. Religious imagery, symbols and names.
5. Filmed in Almeria Spain.
6. Italian and Spanish names in the credits (It is highly likely the director will be named Sergio).
7. Out of sync dubbing (Even the Italian versions are dubbed).
8. Stereotypes (Mexicans as theives, women as whores).
9. A shitload of alternate titles.
10. Banned in several countries.
11. Often they star Franco Nero, Lee Van Cleef, Tomas Milian, Klaus Kinski, Luigi Pistili, Mario Brega and other spaghetti regulars.

The Spaghetti Western is an interesting sub-genre to study.
