RZF is the acronym for Resting Zombie Face (variation: RZFS: Resting Zombie Face Syndrome)
A variation of RBF (Resting Bitch Face). A person whose facial expression, at rest, is emotionless and disengaged. Unlike Resting Bitch Face, which appears as though the person's resting expression suggests disappointment or displeasure, RBZ looks more like a person who is sleeping with their eyes open.
