Pukes O'Neil

Someone who pukes after only a few drinks. (Ranging from 1 to 4) One receives this title once leaving the toilet, or bush, and is from there on out "Pukes O'Neil." This may be reduced to "Pukes" whenever deemed necessary.

Beth walked out of the bathroom after vomiting her "two and a half shots," and became Pukes O'Neil from that point on.

When you are either sick with the flu or hungover and feel an uncontrollable urge to puke, get on all fours, and because of the force of the puke, shit your pants.

My stomach was killing me and my head was spinning. I got down on my knees to hug the toilet because my glands were swelling and my mouth was salivating. When my stomach wretched to puke the force pushed the sickness from my bowels as well. I was left with my head in a toilet full of puke and my ass in pants full of shit. I experienced a PukeShit. I pukeshat myself.

Pukes and Dukes

Pukes & Dukes is when you are VERY, VERY, VERY sick and you are throwing up, and going number one out your ass at the same time ( liquid shits)
Normally you will need a trash can, sink, bathtub, or shower stall very close to the toilet to avoid a massive clean up in your underpants, flooring or walls.

Avoid laughing, coughing, sneezing, or any other movements that will cause you to un-pucker your rectum because this could lead to a shart.

Man I am soooo sick today, I have the pukes and dukes. I almost shit my pants but I got lucky and snapped up the trash can and sat down.

Ugg... pukes and dukes are the worst, nothing like having it come out of both ends..
