1. The mouth, particularly that of one performing fellatio or oral intercourse. Coined circa 1998 due to President Bill Clinton's White House antics with Monica Lewinsky.

2. A joke name given to the office of POTUS (President of the United States) in the White House, during and after the Lewinsky scandal rocked the Clinton Administration.
