negligent discharge

1.) The accidental firing of a weapon. It usually occurs when firearms are given to idiots, small children, the mentally retarded, or Marines. Can result in bleeding wounds, severe maiming, and death.

2.) See "premature ejaculation". (Also prevalent in the Marine Corps)

When the DI handed Private Jimmy his M16, Jimmy dropped it and it went off. Jimmy just had a negligent discharge.

After Jimmy negligently discharged into his DI's asshole, he was discharged from the Corps.

A person that spends 99.9% of their free time playing MMORPGs (Massively-Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Games) such as Everquest and World of Warcraft. It is common for neglectful MMORPGers to forget about their family and friends.

Kid: "Damn dad quit being a dick. You've been ignoring mom all day."

Dad: "What the hell are you talking about? I'm in the middle of a raid. Leave me alone kid."

one who is so caught up with their own shit (as if court proceedings are a legit excuse) that they fail to pay any attention to, or have a complete disregard for, how their actions (or lack thereof) affect others (primarily me). neglect usually stems from an indifference or habitual lack of consideration. neglector roles are common taken on by men.

ex. you’re a neglector deepi – you suck at keeping n in touch, no emails, no nothing.

Neglectard

A ruthlessly neglected person who tries hard to be cool but is not, mostly because of their slipshodness. Socially unacceptable in most circles. The Neglectard can be found trying to hang with various groups of popular people but is given little or no attention due to their oozing of utter remissness.

Lets stomp out every single neglectard so we can party!!

Scrondel is such a neglectard and he doesn't even realize it.
