a pun made famous by Eric Daniels and poet Peter Schneidre using a play off the phrase "may the force be with you"
Guy 1: "The police lights played through her mohawk like the sun setting through pine trees."
Guy 2: "...Metaphors be with you."
A funny, humorous or downright obscene use of a metaphor or simile, popularised on site megaphores.com. Megaphores usually reference current traumatic events, celebrity mishaps or general weird and random thoughts.

a figure of speech in which a term or phrase is applied to something to which it is not literally applicable in order to suggest a resemblance or to give more emphasis.
1) Where have you been? I searched the whole world to find you! (Metaphorically Speaking)

2)Look, Outside is raining cats and dogs! (Metaphorically Speaking)

Literature isn't literal, but it's still not as metaphorical as metaphoricature!

A phrase or word used incorrectly to describe or relate to something else.
It's a metaphoo to use the term tortuga when you meant to say testudo.

Metaphorical Chess 

-Usually between a man and a woman.
it is far more complicated then conventional chess, take all the board games u know and put them on a risk board of ur brain and hers behind a battleship divider
He sunk his pawn with her own queen. What a lucky pawn.

What a long game of metaphorical chess. It's lasted their entire marriage.
