A Boomer keyboard jockey that lives in a trailer in the woods and plays on social media all day harassing people. They have no job and usually mooch of tax payers to pay for the large quantities of Doritos and cheez whiz they eat straight from the can. You can spot one easily online by their tendency to bully and stalk people while using first grade spelling and grammar and making stupid references to 1960s tv shows and movies that no one has ever heard of.

The pompous and illogical explanation offered from a liberal on a topic for which they know nothing other than the rhetorical talking points spewed out by politicians. This tactic is often required when there is a shocking lack of logic and reasoning available to support your tactic. Usually libsplaining involves raised eyebrows, a head tilt, and a whiny voice.

Limboing is a term when someone constantly harasses or annoys someone, sometimes out of love interest.

the term is more understandable when the phrase, "how low can you go" is added
