An exclamation used to signify understanding someone. From the anime series Elf Princess Rane (aka Fairy Princess Ren). Can also be used as a general exclamation with no actual meaning.

"I see. Then I'll file an official complaint with the Fire Department. Gotchabaguse!"

"Takuma-sama! Takuma-sama! Gotchabaguse! Gotchabagotchabaguse!!"

A simple and straightforward interrogative expression posed to a person who is perceived to have intelligence but upon answering is proven otherwise.

If you ask what type of newspapers you read, then I just asked you a gotcha question.

Explicative shouted after screwing someone over big time, but the fact that you said "gotcha" makes it all OK.

Sue - "They towed my car! Unbelievable! I saw you put the money into the parking meter though"
Jack - "Actually I just pretended to put money in, I pocketed it instead"
Sue - "Jack! Thats a $90 fee! You idiot!"
