Follicular Mandiblanus

A disease in which all hair on the body has completely disappeared, except for the upper lip and anus. The hair on the mandible and anus grow multiple due to the lack of follicular stimulation from the rest of the body.

She told me she had Follicular Mandiblanus before I took her home, which made her upper lip hair and butthole extra hairy. But when push came to shove it was actually just a dude with a really hair butthole.
