Such a person almost exclusively wears stretchy type pants that show wetness like a billboard advertisement. So you can see a huge cameltoe crease merging into a belly and then splits back into tits, nevertheless all one large curvature. And the wet spot only adds insult to injury because the heffer cannot see the wetness.
