A flamboyant way of saying sweet. Often used in situations where someone has nothing else to say.

James said "sweetola" when Sarah told him she was going to a concert this weekend.

An emo kid, or someone who wears tight jeans, has scene haircuts, and is emotional and has been caught cutting their wrists or complaining to the world, AND who also skates and hangs out with skater kids.

I was at a Thursday concert when a skeemo almost hit me with his skateboard.
