blocking of speech

Anytime words, speech or information is banned or blocked from the general public. Blocked because they do not agree with your information. This is the complete opposite of freedom of speech. This does not include racist or slanderous remarks but patently legitamate and common knowledge that they are trying to debunk or discredit.

I wrote a great definition for patently, but since wikipedia, urbandictionary, and craigslist are patently run by disinformation fenatic's they dis-agreed with my definition and hence created a blocking of speech scenario.

noun, A poorly written speech with random facts, presumably from snapple caps, used to fill up time.

Dude 1: That guy knew his speech wouldn't be long enough, so he just started droppin' facts that he thought were interesting to kill time.

Dude 2: Yeah, that was totes a snapple cap speech.
