An expression used to describe something that is "mmm fingerlickin' good". The term, based on the emoticon 'B-9' describes the face of someone wearing cool shades with a sly tongue poking out.

So I was walking to my lecture the other day and I saw this new girl walk past me who I'd never seen before. Damn she was bee-nine man!
