The worst suburb in Bathurst, NSW and quite possibly the whole of Australia. Stabbings, shootings, robbings, street racing, drugs, domestic violence and the home to the "Top Shop" which is really just a small shopping center with a Foodworks that is the best place to meet up next to McDonalds or your own home.

Case in point whenever your clueless friend is lost in a sea of hot wamens its up to you (the one man thot patrol) to save them by stopping them or saying stop Kelsoing around so they don't disgrace their queen

In any case before or after Kelsoing is what you call out to you friend once he's has cheated or thinking of cheating on his girl with some fresh thot
