A person or a group of people who either on purpose or unconsiously often impede the movements of others. Also called Impedemonger.

Impedemaniacs are; people who stop and stand in doorways keeping others from passing through, People who walk, jog or bycycle in the street instead of on the sidewalk or bikepath. People who stand around in a group on walkways, stairs, or in streets and parking lots.
