this expression is the type of expression you use when you aren't very excited about something, or when somebody tells you something it isn't all that interesting. its a way of saying, "i dont really care" in a way that won't hurt somebody's feeling as badly. NOTE: IT IS TO BE USED IN A SARCASTIC TONE.

A derisive and crass expression, commonly used to convey a notion of self importance and or victory with total disregard for others. Common reactions are less than positive, as some people struggle triumphantly with the development of a sense of humor. It is typically used in a sarcastic fashion or when one is just plain killing it.

them- they forgot to charge you? you should pay for that.
