These days, developers often hap-slap houses together to make a quick buck.

Hap La 

Hap La means something exciting like Wow this is going to be happening and Cool. It is though used at random times when something really good has just happened.

John goes to Suzie it some weird moment just saying Hap La and Suzie will know that the party it happening and is awesome.
