a very small person who thinks they are cool. They are very underdeveloped and in extreeme cases, will urinate on small animals. They most likely are immature and Pyromaniacs. They may or may not talk about their favorite french imported hair care products.
That kid is such a fetus, he needs tweezers and a magnifying glass to jerk it on those lonley nights.

A very high protein/low carbohydrate food source.. but also a fun toy... you can kick them and throw them all you want, and just like with any toy, when you get bored with it.. you just throw it in the garbage.
