Goat failure

A massive catastrophic failure or malfunction caused by stupidity. It is primarily used in online games.

When the Hotwire jumped out of the APC before they reached the back of the power plant, she was zapped by the Obelisk. Without enough C4 to put on the terminal, the mission was a goat failure. (Command and Conquer: Renagade)

Utter lack of common sense to make intelligent decisions between options, when one of them is, by far, the best.

Tarot Reader: "Let´s see. Cut the deck with your left hand two times to the left. Now, choose a card"
Client: "Oh No! The Devil card! See? I am cursed!
Tarot Reader: "No darling, in this case The Devil card means filter failure, in other words, that you are stupidly attached to your lower instincts."

Suit 1: "Man, I can´t catch up with my Tweeter account... information overload."

Total Existence Failure

When something malfunctions by virtue of not existing at all. Taken (but not precisely) from "Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy". In the original usage, a spaceship existed for a while and then spontaneously disappeared.

Bob: Can I borrow your car?
Bill: Nope. Sorry. It's having a total existence failure.
