Brings justice to the initial chirpee by making the chirper eat his words and feel like a complete idiot. Coined in 2010 after noticing over the course of many multiplayer games of Peggle, chirps would almost certainly be followed by a terrible turn immediately after. The term is not limited to use in games of Peggle - the term applies to all video games and competitive mediums.
