Texting single words with long pauses in between each word, effectively mimicking the tardiloquent speaking style of an ent from The Lord of the Rings.

Treebeard texting:

Me: "Want to come over at three?"
Treebeard: "..."
Treebeard: "I..."
Treebeard: "AM..."
Treebeard: "NO..."
Treebeard: "T R E E"
Me: "K nvm"

Text-Coma

When a person becomes so utterly absrobed by texting another indiviual on their phone, all bodily functions and contact with the outside world ceases, and thus the body is in a 'coma' state until the text is completed to an adequate level and sent.

Man: Lovely weather we're having.
Woman: 'Silence'
Man: LOVELY WEATHER WE'RE HAVING.
Woman: Sorry? I was in a text-coma lol.

You sending the Shower Text: "Hey, whats up?"
Place your phone down and fantasize about her response for 15 minutes in the shower – then return to no reply.

A person who awkwardly looks over your shoulder to read your texts and/or takes your phone and reads through everything.

Text Creep- "ooooo hahaha that was funny!"
Normal Human- "GET OUTA HEAR TEXT CREEP!"

Text Creep- "Can I see your phone?"
Normal Human- "Hells no dude. Everyone knows your a text creep."

Text Dissertation

Sending multiple texts which far exceed the 160 character limit of a standard text message that often includes superfluous details; typically involves complex conversations that should take place via email or phone call.

Diane: Did you understand the point I was trying to make in my text?

Chris: You mean your last 16 texts in a row? No, Diane, because I didn't have time to read your text dissertation. Just call me.
