Tweets are frequently preceded by a hash tag. Grandpa calls a hash tag a pound sign. Young douches who use twitter call a pound sign a hash tag.

Get the Hash tag it mug.The act of smoking a blunt(until one's cognitive mind ceases to be available) and attempting to compete in a futuristic themed shooting competition(see laser tag). Like traditional laser tag, this game usually takes place in a dark semi-neon arena using infared enabled handheld weaponry to gain points by hitting sensors attached to other users with the beam from one's weapon.
CAUTION this activity has been known to cause testicular cancer. It is not known whether this is due to the weed or the infared beam but it is a statistical fact.
