A run down, worn out, clapped out vehicle. Usually very loud, tends to rattle and shake when going down the road, breaks down often/ not reliable, rusted out, needs lots of repairs. Oftentimes parts and pieces are held together with duct tape and zip ties… But even though it’s in rough shape it still gets driven frequently.
Boss: “Do you have a reliable form of transportation?” Employee: “No sir, I drive a certified shitbox… if you see smoke rolling out from under the hood don’t worry that’s normal and I apologize in advance for the oil stains on the tar”
