An Imaginary Book of recipes used for cooking the most amazing food with the least amount of ingrediants. If you recieve "Food Stamps" you've heard of this Book.

Mom made us another amazing meal last night. Ramen Noodles with garlic and Ketchup. Tasted just like spaghetti. She must have got that one from the Welfare Cook book.

phone book

Verb: A child abuse strategy employing a phone book as a "protective" pad between the victim and a wrench. When used the phone book technique will result in severe internal injuries which don't photograph well, and are therefore less likely to be used against you in court. The over-all result is a more grievous and a more private injury.

Name for a man's pocket directory of (hopefully) promiscuous women (i.e. sorostitute).

Brandon: "Jon ol' pal, dost thou hath thy little black book?"
John: "Indeed, I've been carrying mine holodex for many a fortnight."
Brandon: "Jolly good!"
