"for real" (obviously.) shortened version of fo sheezy Emphasis is usually put on sheeze cause it souds better. This is usually best with large amounts of enthuziasm, but it can also be used as a lower key agreement/nod. Sometimes helpful if you need to pretend you're listening

as in, "that was kick-ass, for SHEEZE!!"

or: "mmmhmmm, mmmhhmm, yeah...mmmhmmm...for sheeze...yeah...mmmhmmm"
