Party Ethnic

When an international/foreign exchange student comes to America with the desire to party, drink and do drugs.

The girls in the dorm next door were from Spain. The first night they went out to a club instead of meeting the other kids in the dorm. I figured it wouldn't be worth trying to become friends with them. They were party ethnic.
